We base all rent with utilities in the price, including water, sewer, trash, and basic Comcast cable television. Residents will be responsible for monthly electricity and gas. We accept pets with a deposit fee. We offer on-site laundry rooms for your convenience. New Colony Apartments offers one-bedroom apartment floor plans. One-bedroom apartments include one bath with a stackable washing machine and dryer in select units. We offer one-bedroom apartments with 550 square feet in each unit.

    • $1250 thru $1350 - 12 Month Lease
    • $1400 thru $1500 - 6 Month Lease

Two-Bedroom Apartments

New Colony Apartments also offers two-bedroom apartment floor plans. Our two-bedroom apartments include one bath, a breakfast bar or dining area, and a stackable washing machine and dryer in select units. We offer two-bedroom apartments with 800 square feet in each unit.
